EGG NOG SMOOTHIE
These are so good and you really can’t detect the raw egg taste at all. Yummy!
Combining raw eggs with raw milk ensures the maximum level of assimilation of nutrients from the raw milk.
- 1 C raw milk, kefir or yogurt
- 1-2 raw eggs
- 2 ounces of raw cream
- 1/2 teaspoon raw honey or organic maple syrup
- dash of nutmeg and cinnamon for flavor
- a drop or two of vanilla extract
- carob or chocolate powder
- half a banana
