Menu Plan Monday

I keep planning fall menus but it continues to be late summer weather! Here are some in between meals.

Monday – Cobb Salad
Tuesday – Chipotle Shredded Pork Tacos
Wednesday – Grilled Veggies with Mixed Greens and Blue Cheese Dressing
Thursday – Pad Thai with Kelp Noodles*
Friday – Beef Bourguignon, Green Salad, Cinnamon Coconut Ice Cream*
Saturday – Breakfast for Dinner: Almond Flour Pancakes, Egg & Veggie Frittata
Sunday – {open night}
